1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the LKB Jewellers website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Company Information

LKB Jewellers is a registered business operating from Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8NX, United Kingdom. We specialise in luxury watches, fine jewellery, and bespoke design services.

3. Products & Pricing

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, except where we have agreed to take a deposit for a bespoke commission, a special order, or to reserve a piece. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable

A deposit may be taken to commission a bespoke piece, to place a special order, or to reserve an item while the balance is arranged. Once a deposit is paid we begin work, commit to our suppliers, or hold the piece off sale, and that cost cannot be recovered. If you decide not to complete the purchase, the deposit is not returned and cannot be transferred to another customer or to a different piece. Bespoke and custom-made goods are made to your specification and are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right. This does not affect your legal rights: if the goods are faulty, are not as described, or we are unable to fulfil your order, your deposit is refunded in full.

6. Delivery

We offer fully insured delivery on all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the item and your location. Standard UK delivery is typically 2-5 working days. International delivery times vary by destination. For high-value items, we may require a signature upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy on most items, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Bespoke and custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.

8. Warranty

All new products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Pre-owned watches are sold with a six-month LKB warranty covering mechanical defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

9. The LKB Card Membership

The annual fee is non-refundable once your card is issued

The LKB Card is an annual membership costing £500 per year. Applications are reviewed by our Aftercare team, normally within two business days, and nothing is charged until an application is approved. Membership begins when the first payment clears, at which point your card is issued and the fee becomes non-refundable. Membership renews automatically each year at the price then published. You may cancel at any time, which stops the next renewal; benefits already active remain valid until the end of the period you have paid for. Where a card is gifted to an existing client, no fee is payable and no subscription is created. Member benefits are available only while a membership is active. Pieces bought while your membership is active carry an extension of six months beyond the standard six-month warranty, for as long as your membership continues. If membership lapses the extension ends, but your original warranty is never shortened. Members earn points on purchases while their card is active. Points can be spent on LKB merchandise, servicing, polishing, resizing and engraving, and not on watches, jewellery or engagement rings. 100 points are worth £1. Points expire twenty-four months after they are earned, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Accidental damage support is not yet part of the membership, and no cover for accidental damage is provided. We may vary the benefits on reasonable notice. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of first taking out the membership.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of LKB Jewellers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
